Taylor Stieb, CTRS
Recreational Therapist/Co-Owner
She/Her
Taylor graduated from the University of Toledo with her Bachelors of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation in 2015 and began working on the Indiana Medicaid waiver shortly after graduation. After multiple years of building her skill set as a therapist and supervisor of an internship program, Taylor went on to become one of the three founders and owners of New Leaf Recreation LLC in 2019, where she continues to provide recreational therapy services for individuals with disabilities to this day.
Taylor has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and loves watching her clients grow and thrive. Her favorite part about working on the waiver is how recreational therapy is viewed as a lifelong service, so she has been very fortunate to work with some of her clients since her inception on the waiver in 2015. She also is very passionate about fighting for equal rights for all and using her privileges to be an ally for others. Taylor currently serves as a Member at Large on the board of Recreational Therapists of Indiana, Inc. and enjoys advocating for not only her clients but recreational therapists around the state of Indiana and beyond.
In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, camping, going to the lake, reading, video games, and spending time with friends, family, her partner Nate, and two rescue doodles, Sasha and Nora!
