Natalie Turner, MA, ABA

Behavior Consultant

Natalie graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with her Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies. After graduating, she moved to Northwest Indiana and worked in the local school systems as a paraprofessional for individuals with learning challenges. She also held positions as a case manager, In-School Suspension Coordinator and Behavior Technician. She found her true calling and passion when she worked in ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician helping others manage challenging behaviors. She graduated in 2019 from Ball State University with her Master’s degree in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis. She enjoyed working in a clinical setting, but found more fulfillment collaborating with families and other team members assisting individuals to achieve their goals and live their best life as independently as possible.

Natalie is passionate about accepting people for who they are and not their diagnosis. She encourages families to suggest their own ideas or thoughts while conducting sessions to help them feel more confident in their role as parent or caregiver. She considers the family as the true experts of the individual and she is simply there to assist and guide them through challenging situations. Natalie whole-heartedly believes that she learns more from her clients than they learn from her.

When she has free time, Natalie enjoys traveling, reading, discovering new restaurants with friends, attending concerts and petting any dog that crosses her path. She is a single mom to Emma, Carter and Cole and considers them her greatest achievements.
