Morgan Bell, MA, CTRS
Director of Behavior Management
Morgan graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Therapeutic Recreation. Morgan then went on to obtain her CTRS credentials and began working off the Medicaid waiver. Morgan later graduated with a Masters of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Morgan then transitioned to providing behavior management services off the wavier. Morgan is currently in the process of obtaining her BCBA credentials. After working and building her skill set, Morgan went on to become the Director of Behavior Management with New Leaf. Morgan continues to provide both recreational therapy and behavior management services.
Morgan is passionate about helping other gain Independence and have a positive quality of life. Morgan greatly enjoys seeing the positive improvement in her clients as she works with them.
In her free time Morgan enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her pets, Waldo and Ruby. Morgan also enjoys volunteering with a disabilities group at her church and at the humane society.
