Ava Massarella-Duley, MS, ABA

Behavior Consultant

She/Her

Ava graduated with her Bachelor of Arts degree back in December of 2019 majoring in sociology with a criminal justice emphasis and minoring in music. Ava knew she wanted to make a difference in the lives of troubled youth and became a behavioral health worker and a foster parent. One foster placement, who she has since adopted, was diagnosed with autism. Ava then became heavily involved with his schooling (IEP), Special Olympics, and of course her son’s therapies. This sparked her motivation to continue her education and she received her Masters of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University Global.

Ava is passionate about helping others (like her son) become as independent as possible, and loves to see the joy on her client’s faces when they achieve their goals.

In her free time, Ava enjoys watching crime tv, spending time with her family and friends, and reading.
