Behavior Consultant

Andrea graduated from Grace College in 2015 with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. After graduating, she began working with children and adults at a mental health community center as a Skills Coach. While working here, she led Social Smarts groups, which grew her passion for serving people on the spectrum. She then transitioned to working in an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic as a Registered Behavior Technician. In this position, she decided to continue her education in ABA therapy. She graduated in 2018 from Ball State University with her Masters in ABA. She thrives on getting to be apart of the journey of those she serves and watching their quality of life improve. She enjoys building strong relationships with individuals and helping them reach their goals.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is known as Aunt Ra Ra to her nieces and nephews and loves to spoil them all. She has two dogs that keep her busy, Sarge and Izzie. Her favorite time of year is summer, and she can often be found at one of the local drive ins or swimming at the lake.
