Calista Smith-Terlosky, CTRS

Calista is a Fort Wayne native who attended and graduated from the Indiana Institute of Technology with her Bachelors of Science degree in Recreation Therapy in 2022. During her time at Indiana Tech, Calista completed her shadowing experience along with her internship with New Leaf Recreation.

One of Calista’s favorite quotes is by Ellen Degeneres and is as follows “Here are the values that I stand for; honesty, equality, kindness, compassion, treating people the way you want to be treated, and helping those in need.” Calista shows this through her passion for helping others live their best life on a daily basis.

In her free time, Calista loves be with her wife, Karissa, and her godson, Chandler. Calista enjoys engaging in a wide range of activities including but most certainly not limited to riding roller coasters, listening to music or podcasts, enjoying the sun, spending time in the pool (or any body of water), coaching her 14u softball team, engaging in any sport she can, and working on renovations around her home.
